Our mindset and habits drive the trajectory of our lives and if our thoughts and actions are on autopilot, we often do not get the results we are looking for. In the blink of an eye, our lifestyle habits can create years of us not living the way we dream of.
By combining functional medicine and health coaching, we will peel back the veil on your current habits and how they are serving you. Once your vision is clear and the discrepancy between that vision and current day reality is realized, we will create weekly action plans that get you on the path you want to be on. This may or may not include functional medicine lab testing depending on your goals.
We will focus on the five modifiable lifestyle factors that are the core of everyone’s wellbeing which are sleep/relaxation, exercise/movement, nutrition/hydration, stress/resilience and relationships/networks with a bow of mindset wrapped around them.
If you are looking for the the drug, surgery or doctor to just tell you what you “should” do, this isn’t the program for you. You will be making lifestyle changes that are uncomfortable and don’t happen overnight, but everything will be driven by you and at your desired pace. With that, you will see dramatic improvements in your overall health and wellness and lifestyle habits that become a part of who you are.
